In honor of Hunger Action Month, this year’s 9/11 National Day of Service and Remembrance event marks thirteen years of service to our community. CFA’s snack pack event supports our initiatives by improving the lives of children in our community, strengthening families, and fostering civic engagement through service and volunteers. This year, we plan to make over 2,000 snack packs to assist local children at risk of food insecurity.
This year’s event will be chaired by our friend, Jen Maxfield, Emmy® Award-winning correspondent for NBC 4 New York.
